Probleme gibt es viele. Ideen aber auch! Viele Vereine und Initiativen engagieren sich in ganz unterschiedlichen Themenbereichen, entwickeln Projekte und wirken so mit ihrem Engagement tief in die Gesellschaft hinein. Doch was gibt es bei der Projektplanung zu beachten?
Wie beziehe ich mein Team und die Mitglieder in den Entstehungs- und Umsetzungsprozess mit ein? Warum brauche ich einen Zeit- und Ressourcenplan? Was gibt es bei der Zielgruppe zu beachten?
Diesen und anderen Fragen werden wir in dem Workshop nachgehen. Die Teilnehmenden haben zudem die Möglichkeit eigene Projektideen oder Visionen mitzubringen sodass diese in Kleingruppen bearbeitet werden können. Die Teilnehmer*innen können ihre ersten Projektskizzen und Ideen an den Referenten senden, sodass diese im Workshop mit berücksichtigt werden können.
Die Teilnahme am Workshop ist kostenlos. Um eine verbindliche Anmeldung wird jedoch gebeten, da nur begrenzt Plätze vorhanden sind. Bei Interesse wenden Sie sich bitte per E-Mail an patrick.irmer@kulturbuero-dresden.de.
From the idea to the project proposal – Workshop for project development
There are many problems. Ideas too! Many clubs and initiatives are involved in a wide range of topics, develop projects and thus deeply engage society with their commitment. But what should be considered during project planning? How do I involve my team and members in the creation and implementation process? Why do I need a time and resource plan? What is there to consider in the target group? These and other questions we will explore in the workshop. The participants also have the opportunity to bring their own project ideas or visions so that they can be worked on in small groups. The participants can send their first project outlines and ideas to the speakers, so that they can be included in the workshop.
