Das Thema »Integration« beschäftigt mindestens seit 2015 viele Menschen in Deutschland. Doch was versteht man unter diesem Begriff?
Allzu oft wird »Integration« als Synonym für “Assimilation” verwendet, dabei redet kaum jemand über die Chancen die Migration mit sich bringen kann. Anstatt Menschen in ihrem Ankommen in Deutschland aktiv zu unterstützen, um ihre Potentiale zu fördern, bauen sich häufig bürokratische Hürden, die allein nur schwer zu überwinden sind. Nicht zuletzt spielt dabei auch das Politische eine wichtige Rolle.
Die Info-Veranstaltung soll einige Möglichkeiten der »Integration« in Arbeit, Bildung und gesellschaftlicher Teilhabe aufzeigen und eine Diskussion mit den Teilnehmer*innen anregen.
Die Teilnahme an der Info-Veranstaltung ist kostenlos. Um eine verbindliche Anmeldung wird jedoch gebeten, da nur begrenzt Plätze vorhanden sind. Bei Interesse wenden Sie sich bitte per Mail an patrick.irmer@kulturbuero-dresden.de.
At least since 2015, the subject of »Integration« has employed many people in Germany. But what is meant by this term. All too often, »integration« is used as a synonym for »assimilation«, and hardly anyone talks about the opportunities that migration can bring. Instead of actively supporting people in their arrival in Germany to promote their potential, bureaucratic hurdles often arise that are difficult to overcome on their own. Last but not least, the political also plays an important role. The information event will show some possibilities of »integration« in work, education and social participation and stimulate a discussion with the participants.
